	Randy A. Skinner has practiced the law of debtors and creditors since his admission to the South Carolina Bar in 1991. Mr. Skinner received a B.S. in 1987 and an M.B.A in 1990 from the University of South Carolina. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Skinner is a member of the Greenville County Bar Association; South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association (Board Member, 1998-2001 and 2004 to present).

Mr. Skinner has been board certified in Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law since 1996 and served as chairman of the Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law Specialization Advisory Board in 2001. He was also certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification in 1998.

Mr. Skinner is currently a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Trustees appointed by the U.S. Trustee for cases filed in upstate South Carolina.
